As we approach four decades of neurorehabilitation care, we are documenting our clinical experience for the global medical community — turning years of bedside learning into structured, scientific knowledge.
Over the past 40 years, Asha Kendra has treated and rehabilitated thousands of patients living with stroke and other neurological conditions. That volume of experience is, in itself, a form of knowledge — one we felt a responsibility to share.
Building on this legacy, we set out to document our clinical experience in a scientific, structured manner, so that lessons learned in Puntamba could benefit patients and practitioners far beyond it.
We brought together a dedicated research team to advance evidence-based practice in neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation. Since then, the Center has grown steadily in output, culture and ambition.
